Job Description

This is a wide-ranging role where you'll manage customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, installation bookings and after-sales support, ensuring every customer receives a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to installation.

You'll work closely with customers, installers and internal teams, keeping jobs on track and providing outstanding service at every stage of the process.

What You'll Be Doing

- Responding to customer enquiries and providing product information
- Preparing quotations and processing sales orders
- Coordinating installation bookings with customers and installation partners
- Providing customers with updates throughout the sales and installation process
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation and tracking information
- Managing invoicing and associated administration tasks
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders
- Supporting after-sales enquiries and customer requests
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
