We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented Bus Driver / Utility / Airside team member to join our Village Services team at the Tropicana Gold Mine in Western Australia.

This diverse role combines passenger transport, airport operations, and village utility duties, offering variety and the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a large remote mining village.

About the Role

Reporting to the Village Management team, your responsibilities will include:

- Safely transporting employees and contractors around site.
- Assisting with airport and airside operations, including passenger and baggage movements.
- Supporting village operations through general utility duties.
- Conducting vehicle pre-start inspections and ensuring vehicles are maintained to company standards.
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
- Maintaining compliance with site procedures, aviation requirements, and safety standards.
- Assisting other departments as required to support village operations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current HR Driver's Licence (essential).
- Current Passenger Transport Driver (PTD) Authorisation (essential).
- Previous bus driving experience, preferably within mining, aviation, transport, or remote-site environments.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) (desirable).




- Robust commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing operational requirements.
- Sound computer and administrative skills (desirable).
