About the Role

As our Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse administration activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting stock control processes, and ensuring the smooth flow of warehouse documentation. You will work closely with warehouse staff, suppliers, and transport providers to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.

- Process goods receivable and dispatch documentation.

- Coordinate deliveries and transport bookings.

- Prepare purchase orders, delivery dockets, and inventory reports.

- Monitor stock levels and assist with stocktakes.

- Update warehouse management systems and databases.

- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure documentation complies with company policies and procedures.

- Provide general administrative support to warehouse operations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse administration, logistics, inventory control, or a similar administrative role.





- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management systems.

- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
