As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the security team during your shift, ensuring the safety and security of the asset while delivering exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and stakeholders.

Reporting to the Security Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of security operations and act as the first point of escalation for operational matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise security officers during your allocated shift.
- Ensure all security operations are conducted in accordance with site procedures and client expectations.
- Coordinate responses to incidents, emergencies, alarms and evacuations.
- Monitor the Control Room and CCTV operations.
- Conduct investigations and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Complete shift handovers and operational briefings.
- Mentor, coach and support security officers to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with WHS policies, site procedures and legislative requirements.
- Liaise professionally with tenants, contractors, emergency services and client representatives.
- Conduct building patrols, access control and security audits.




- Assist with emergency planning and business continuity activities.
- Maintain accurate records using electronic reporting systems.

About You

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or Senior Security Officer.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- A calm and professional approach during emergencies.
- Robust customer service focus.
- High attention to detail and excellent report-writing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while leading a team.
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic.

Essential Requirements

- Current NSW Class 1A Security Licence.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Current NSW Driver Licence (desirable).
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience using security reporting systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required site clearances.
- Previous experience in a premium commercial or corporate environment.
- Experience managing emergency incidents and evacuations.
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control and building management systems.
- Experience mentoring and developing security personnel.
- Control Room experience.
