Job Title: Handyperson / Carpenter
Salary: $37 - $40 per hour + Van + Super + Overtime

We are seeking a versatile Maintenance Handyperson to join a busy and growing team delivering property maintenance services across a range of sites throughout Sydney.

This hands-on position offers a variety of day-to-day maintenance tasks, repairs, and improvement works within commercial and government environments. If you enjoy practical work, solving problems, and seeing the results of a job well done, this opportunity could be a great fit.

About You

• Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a handyman role
• Strong practical skills across general repairs and maintenance works
• Experience supporting refurbishments, upgrades, or fit-out projects
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision




• Skilled presentation and strong communication skills
• Capable of managing tasks efficiently and safely
• Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and site contacts
• Trade qualifications are advantageous but not essential
• Willing to undergo a National Police Check
