We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inbound Warehouse Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, organisation and dispatch of stock.
You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting internal teams, and upholding a safe, efficient and well-organised warehouse environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced setting and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Job Requirements
- Valid Driver’s Licence (Australian or International)
- Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (lifting up to 20kg)
- Positive, reliable and proactive attitude
Job Responsibilities
- Manage inbound delivery bookings and maintain accurate records
- Receive, unload and check incoming goods against packing lists and invoices
- Process stock into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and report discrepancies
- Sort, organise and store stock in correct warehouse locations
- Coordinate stock movement across departments and offsite locations
- Support picking, packing and dispatch of orders as required
- Deliver stock to retail locations using a company vehicle when needed
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory control processes
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and safety standards
- Follow all Work Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures
