Due to this growth, they have created a newly established Executive Business Partner position to support the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. The Role
Working closely with the CEO and COO, you will provide high-level business support across strategic priorities, projects and organisational initiatives. This role will suit someone who enjoys working beyond traditional executive support and can confidently analyse information, prepare quality documentation and contribute to business outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing complex, evidence-informed papers, reports and briefing documents;
- Preparing business cases, proposals and recommendations to support decision-making;
- Supporting special projects and strategic initiatives across the organisation;
- Coordinating Board and committee papers, agendas and meeting documentation;
- Taking accurate meeting minutes, recording actions and monitoring follow-up; and
- Supporting event logistics, including planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement.
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
- Experience supporting senior executives such as a CEO, COO or Executive Leadership Team in an Executive Business Partner, Executive Officer, Chief of Staff or senior Executive Assistant capacity;
- Exceptional written communication skills with experience preparing reports, board papers and executive-level documentation;
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (such as business, law, social policy, project management or an MBA) will be highly regarded, however relevant experience and demonstrated capability will also be considered;
- Experience taking detailed meeting minutes and following through on action items;
- The ability to analyse information, identify key insights and provide practical recommendations; and
- Experience within the community sector will be highly regarded but is not essential.
