Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Northern Australia) Ltd is seeking a motivated and adaptable secondary teacher to join the team at Carlisle Adventist College. The teaching load includes Year 9/10 Design and Technology: STEM, Year 8 Digital Technology, Year 7 and 8 Health and Physical Education, Year 8 and 11 Sport, Manual Arts and study classes. This is a full time, fixed-term position commencing Monday, 24 August and concluding Wednesday, 21 October 2026.

Unit plans, lesson sequences, assessment materials and student resources will be prepared and provided to support continuity of learning during the appointment. Applicants who can teach across all or a significant portion of the teaching load are encouraged to apply.

The successful applicant will hold a relevant teaching qualification at degree level and be eligible for registration with the Queensland College of Teachers. It is preferable that the successful applicant be a baptised and practising member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, or a practising Christian who is supportive of the unique Seventh-day Adventist identity and values of the college.
