About the Role

We are looking for an experienced tradesmen/plumbing technician to join our team. This is a full time position where you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services to our residential clients. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional workmanship, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring every client receives the friendly, reliable service that Ohana Plumbing is known for.

What you'll be doing

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, pipes, fittings, and fixtures

- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues including leaks, blockages, and faulty fixtures





- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance

- Install and service home water filtration systems

- Carry out drainage and sub-soil drainage works

- Perform gas plumbing repairs and installations

- Install and maintain hot water systems

- Complete bathroom and kitchen renovations

- Undertake pipe relining and general commercial maintenance

- Identify opportunities for upgrades and recommend effective, long-term solutions

- Communicate clearly with customers — explain options, build trust, and help them make informed decisions

- Quote and promote additional services with support from ongoing sales training

- Keep jobs running smoothly by updating notes, forms, and ServiceM8 accurately

- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

What You'll Need

- Trade qualified for +3 years

- Must have plumbing trade experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and completing installations.

- Hydro jet / CCTV & Locator experience

- Minimum 6 months of hands-on hydro jet and CCTV equipment experience required

- Relining experience is preferred

- Certificate III or IV in Plumbing

- A current driver's license and a good driving record

- Ability to drive manual (preferred but not essential)

- Excavotor experience (preferred but not essential)

- Technology and Computer literate.



Familiarity with paperless booking and work systems will be an advantage

- Ability to follow instructions and deliver quality work with minimal supervision

- Willingness to travel to job sites all across Sydney

- Australian citizenship required for this position
