The Company:
This is a well-regarded boutique property agency specialising in the sales and marketing of residential apartment developments across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Renowned for their tailored approach and strong market knowledge, they partner closely with leading developers to deliver high-impact, results-focused marketing campaigns.

With continued growth across their project portfolio, the business is now seeking a Sales Host to support the sales team and potential buyers across multiple residential developments.

About the role:
This role is based across multiple high-end development display suites across Brisbane. The Host's role will be to ensure the efficient day to day running of the suites whilst providing 5-star customer service to all clients. You will meet clients, potential buyers, manage incoming calls, oversee the bookings schedule, maintain the presentation of the display suites, liaise with the sales consultants and other administrative and customer service duties as required.

Experience Required:
No real estate experience is required for this role, however,



to be considered for the role you must have:

- Real Estate Licence or QLD Certificate of Registration
- Extremely corporate and professional presentation
- A positive and optimistic personality
- Experience in a customer service based role (Buyer management, Salesforce or CRM Management is highly regarded)
- Drivers License
- Attention to detail
- Sound Microsoft Office skills
