The Opportunity

An exciting prospect now exists at our Edinburgh North branch for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our growing team.

As our Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and positive experience. You’ll bring strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine ‘can do’ attitude to your day-to-day work.

Working closely with the Office Manager, you’ll play a key administrative support role. Your responsibilities will include filing, data entry, spreadsheet management, handling enquiries, and providing general reception and sales support. You will also assist with invoicing, preparing customer quotes and orders, and other ad hoc duties as required.

What You’ll Need

- Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Sound reading, writing, and numeracy skills




- Strong attention to detail and a systems-oriented mindset
- A professional and courteous manner with a customer-first approach
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks
