Experienced Business Services Intermediate | Senior Accountant

They are currently seeking an Experienced Intermediate Accountant nearing completion of their CA/CPA, or a Senior Accountant, to join their growing Business Services & Advisory team.

About the Role:

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available to join a team-oriented Business Services & Advisory team working with clients across a broad range of industries. You'll gain exposure to businesses of all sizes while working alongside experienced accounting, advisory and tax professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing financial statements, income tax returns and general-purpose financial reports for a diverse client portfolio

- Preparing BAS, IAS, GST, PAYG and payroll tax returns, along with general tax compliance

- Supporting clients across various business structures, including companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals

- Preparing journals, reconciliations and supporting work papers

- Collaborating with specialists across the wider firm to deliver holistic client solutions

- Mentoring and supporting junior accountants

About You:





- CA/CPA studying (Senior Accountants should be close to completion or fully qualified)

- Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Business

- Australian public practice experience within Business Services & Tax

- Experience using Xero, MYOB and Microsoft Office

- Strong communication, organisational and time management skills

- A genuine desire to build long-term client relationships and develop into a trusted advisor
