Experienced Plumber Required

Multiple Trades and Maintenance is seeking a qualified plumber to join our team in Bayswater, Western Australia.

You will carry out high-quality trade work, including installation, repairs, maintenance, and project works, in line with safety, compliance, and customer service standards. The licenced plumber plays a key role in delivering operational outcomes efficiently, safely, and professionally across residential, commercial, or industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities

· Complete installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with Australian Standards and licensing requirements.

· Interpret plans, drawings, and job specifications.

· Execute work to high quality standards, including testing and commissioning.

· Ensure all work is completed within schedules timeframes and scope.

· Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients, builders, site supervisors,



and subcontractors.

· Accurately complete jobs sheets, timesheets and compliance documentation (e.g MAF’s, DWD’s, NOI’s, NOC’s, test tags, certificates, safety checklists).

· Maintain tools and equipment and ensure these are in date and up to date with required servicing.

· Conduct pre-starts and report any faults or issues promptly.

· Follow all polices, site rules and Protected Method Statements (SWMS).

Criteria

· Current WA trade licence in Plumbing is essential

· Certificate III or relevant qualification

· Current drivers licence

· CPR and First Aid is desirable

· Additional high-risk licences are advantageous
