Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Restoration Technician to join our Hobart team.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to water, fire, mould and storm damage claims.
• Carrying out emergency make-safe works to minimise further property damage.
• Installing, monitoring and collecting drying and restoration equipment.
• Cleaning, restoring and sanitising buildings and contents.
• Inspecting damage and documenting works using our job management systems.
• Providing outstanding customer service to homeowners, insurers and builders.
• Working safely while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Participating in a shared after-hours on-call roster.
• Occasional interstate travel when required to support major events.

What we're looking for

• Experience in restoration is highly regarded but not essential.
• Experience in construction, building, plumbing, flooring, painting, carpet cleaning,



facilities maintenance or a similar trade is highly desirable.
• A practical, hands-on approach with valuable problem-solving skills.
• Solid communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Ability to participate in an after-hours roster.

The following will be highly regarded

• IICRC qualifications.
• Experience in water, fire or mould restoration.
• White Card and relevant industry licences.

• National Police Check.
• Working with Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (where applicable).
