I'm keen to speak with experienced Business Development Managers who have a proven track record of growing territory sales, developing new accounts and consistently exceeding targets. I'm currently working with a number of established businesses across Sydney that are either large national manufacturers, suppliers or distributors as well as global OEM's that are looking to strengthen their sales teams. These opportunities range from national manufacturers through to market-leading distributors and innovative solution providers.

The roles typically involve:

- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across your territory

- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals

- Developing long-term relationships with contractors, manufacturers, distributors and end users

- Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes

- Managing key accounts while continuing to drive recent business growth

I'm interested in speaking with people who have:





- Experience in an external Business Development Manager or Sales Representative role

- A genuine passion for hunting new business and building customer relationships

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

- A proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets

- The ability to work autonomously and manage a sales territory effectively
