Position Overview
This role is for 5 days per week, with an immediate start available.
The Bookkeeper will manage core financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and will report directly to the Financial Controller. We are seeking someone organized, accurate, and confident in communicating with both internal staff and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and follow-ups
· Process payroll, superannuation, and ensure compliance with awards and obligations
· Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
· Support month-end processes and management reporting
· Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience
· Solid knowledge of Australian accounting and taxation basics
· MYOB AccountRight experience preferred
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Intermediate experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
· Must be an Australian citizen
