Drive, connect, and support your community — all in one role.
Are you motivated by making a real difference in people’s lives?
At FOCUS Connect, we don’t just provide care — we walk alongside people to build confidence, grow skills, and support independence.
We’re looking for Support Workers with group-based experience who are passionate about diversity, inclusion, and creating culturally safe environments, and who can also drive (12-seater or larger vehicles) to support our cultural, multicultural, and social support groups across the Campbeltown area.
You’ll be supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds, helping create welcoming spaces where everyone feels connected, valued, and part of their community.
If you bring energy, care, and purpose to your work — and want to see the impact you make every day — we’d love to hear from you.
