This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role. This role combines leadership, customer service, and hands-on animal care in a rewarding, dynamic setting.
About the Role
Reporting to the Resort Manager, you’ll lead and mentor staff, support clients, and ensure every pet receives the highest standard of care. You’ll be expected to help oversee staffing and rostering, client service, animal welfare, safety, and property upkeep to keep our facility running smoothly and professionally.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ staff supervision or team leadership experience in a busy workplace – direct people management is essential
- Hands-on animal industry experience as an Animal Attendant, kennel hand, daycare attendant, vet nurse,
or similar – this is essential
- Excellent customer service & communication (face-to-face and written)
- Calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure
