Our client is a highly regarded commercial builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering quality projects across South East Queensland. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced General Foreman to support the successful delivery of a 9-storey apartment project in Teneriffe.

Working alongside the Structures Foreman and Finishes Foreman, you'll play a key role in coordinating day-to-day site activities across structures, façades and finishes, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily site activities across structures, façades and finishes.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Assist with programming and sequencing to keep the project on schedule.
- Monitor quality, identify defects and drive timely rectification.
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures.
- Liaise with the Site Manager, consultants and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
- Maintain a productive and collaborative site culture.

About You

- Previous experience as a General Foreman,



Senior Foreman or Foreman on commercial or high-rise residential projects.
- Strong understanding of structural, façade and finishing trades.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and work fronts.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Robust focus on quality, safety and programme delivery.
- Stable employment history with reputable commercial builders.
