Job Specification:
This full-time Team Pharmacist position is ideal for a pharmacist seeking a collaborative environment with genuine growth opportunities. You will provide patient counselling, dispensing and qualified services including vaccinations, MedsChecks and Diabetes MedsChecks.
Working within the general dispensary serving walk-in patients, you'll be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team and will never work as the sole pharmacist. The pharmacy utilises robotic dispensing to ensure smooth processes.
You will work 38-40 hours per week on a negotiable roster that includes a mix of opening, closing and weekend shifts.
You'll be supported by 2-3 Dispensary Technicians in the general dispensary, alongside a pharmacy team of up to seven pharmacists during busy periods.
Skills Required:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- Strong dispensing and patient counselling skills.
- Accreditation to provide vaccinations (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer care and professional services.
