With multiple venues and expansion underway, we are now hiring experienced Restaurant Managers and Supervisors to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Manager
Oversee daily restaurant operations across all service periods
Lead, train and develop FOH teams
Manage rosters, labour costs and team performance
Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experience
Monitor KPIs, reporting and venue performance
Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety and RSA regulations
Handle escalations and operational challenges
Supervisor
Lead shifts and supervise front of house operations
Ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
Deliver high-level customer service
Support staff training and development
Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness and safety standards
Assist with stock control and daily operations
About You
Experience in a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader role
Solid leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting
Passion for customer service and team culture
Available to work a 7-day rotating roster (including weekends)
Current RSA required
