About the role This firm is looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to join a high-performing Corporate Tax team in Adelaide. The team supports clients through every stage of the corporate tax lifecycle — from tax audits and corporate governance to international tax matters and M&A;, including due diligence and deal structuring.
You'll join a close-knit, ambitious team that takes real pride in its work, in an environment where technical excellence is genuinely recognised and rewarded.

Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end client engagements, covering relationship management, compliance and advisory work, with exposure to international tax, M&A; and IPO transactions
Build and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value
Contribute to business development initiatives




Drive continuous improvement in tax compliance processes
Coach, support and develop junior team members

About you
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business/Commerce, Law or a related field
CA, CPA, CTA or equivalent skilled accreditation
Strong technical background in corporate tax and advisory, ideally gained in public practice
A relationship-driven mindset, with a proactive approach to client growth
Proven experience leading and mentoring others
