About the Role

Based at our Kensington warehouse, this is a hands-on, full-time role at the heart of our operations, offered on a 3-month fixed-term contract with the potential to join the team permanently afterwards. You'll be picking, packing, and dispatching orders for both our online and wholesale customers — accurately, efficiently, and with care. No two days are exactly the same, and your work directly impacts the customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
Picking and packing eCommerce and wholesale orders with accuracy
Receiving and restocking incoming stock via pallet or loose cartons
Processing customer returns quickly and correctly
Keeping stock locations tidy and inventory records accurate
Coordinating with courier and dispatch partners




Helping out with order-related customer queries when needed

What We're Looking For
Experience in pick packing, warehousing, or dispatch — helpful but not essential
Sharp attention to detail and a knack for working at pace
Valuable communication and a positive, team-first attitude
Basic to intermediate computer skills; Excel is a bonus
Familiarity with Shopify or Starshipit is a plus
Someone keen to learn and grow with the business
Available for the full 3-month contract period
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required
