Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their close-knit team.
The Role You'll be responsible for managing a well-maintained residential portfolio while delivering a high level of customer service to both landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a tidy residential portfolio
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Conducting routine and final inspections
Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
Working closely with a supportive administration and leasing team
Ensuring compliance with current legislation and company procedures
About You
Previous experience as a Property Manager
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
High attention to detail
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Experience with PropertyMe or similar software is highly regarded
What's on Offer
$90,000 - $100,000 + super (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday role – no weekends
