Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly management reports, including P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across the business.
Partner with Operations and Sales to provide commercial insights and improve profitability.
Monitor inventory, fixed assets and operating costs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Develop financial models, KPI reporting and support finance process improvements.

About You
Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance with CA/CPA completed or in progress.
2–5 years' experience in Management Accounting or Financial Accounting.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end processes.
Advanced Excel skills with ERP experience (Pronto, D365, Oracle or similar).
Commercial mindset with robust analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
