We’re seeking hardworking and reliable Station Hands to join our team on a remote cattle station near the beautiful Gammon Ranges of South Australia.

The Role
As a Station Hand, you’ll be involved in all aspects of day-to-day station operations, including:
· Cattle mustering on horseback, motorbikes and in buggies.
· Livestock handling, drafting, yard work and processing.
· Fence construction and repairs.
· Water runs, trough maintenance and checking bores.
· General station maintenance.
· Machinery operation and servicing.
· Weed and pest control.
· Assisting with any other tasks required to keep the station running.
About the Work
Life on a remote cattle station isn’t a 9 to 5 job.
You’ll work outdoors in the heat, dust, rain, mud and whatever conditions the outback throws your way. Some days are physically demanding and may involve long hours from sunrise until dark during busy periods, so you’ll need resilience, a strong work ethic and the determination to see the job through.
No two days are the same,
and everyone pitches in where needed.
What We’re Looking for
We’re looking for someone who is:
· Reliable, punctual and ready to work each day.
· Is physically fit and capable of manual work in remote outdoor conditions.
· Honest, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Practical, uses common sense and has a willingness to learn.
· Takes pride in completing work to a high standard.
· Treats livestock, machinery and fellow team members with respect.
· Holds a current driver’s licence.
· Previous station experience desirable but not essential.
· Confident horse riding skills are highly desirable.
