Australia Chef Migration is a specialist recruitment and migration business connecting skilled overseas hospitality with Australian hospitality employers. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Assistant Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney office and assist the team
This role is ideal for a junior recruiter who enjoys agency life, values strong client relationships, and wants to work in a high-demand niche market.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment across hospitality operators in Australia
At least 1 years agency recruitment in Hospitality
Managing client relationships with restaurants, venues, and hospitality groups
Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Candidate management from initial contact through placement
Working closely with migration partners to enable smoot visa set ups
Maintaining CRM records and recruitment compliance
Support from senior recruitment team across all workflows
About You
Experience as a Recruitment Consultant ( 1 years agency experience essential)
Hospitality recruitment experience essential
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial, target-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced workplace
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Australian working rights required, and you must be living in Sydney
