Registered Nurses (RNs) or Enrolled Nurses (ENs) in community care deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in their own homes, including hands-on assistance with daily living activities, personal care, ongoing assessment and monitoring, medication administration, wound management, and other health-related tasks.

What you’ll do:
Provide compassionate, person-centred nursing care at home
Support clients with medication, wound care, and daily living needs
Monitor health and wellbeing,



update care plans, and liaise with families and teams
Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life

What you’ll bring:
Current RN or EN registration (AHPRA)
Driver’s licence and reliable car
National Police Clearance (Aged Care)
First Aid & CPR
A caring nature, excellent communication, and teamwork skills
