Positions can commence immediately, but not required. Salary packages and Full Time Status will be discussed on an individual basis and be based on commitment and experience. Applicant and VAT116 may agree to commence in a casual Role through a probation period.

Responsibilities:
Full Management of Kitchen Operation:
Possesses a clean and explicit understanding of creative plate presentation
Competent in Food Secure operations
Full competency on all aspects of the kitchen operation
Rostering & Staff Selection
Food Costs and Controls




Successfully promote and publicise our brand
Nurture a positive working environment jointly with the FOH leadership team
Confidence in your ability to train and develop Apprentices and entry level cooks

Requirements:
Proven working experience in similar position
Demonstrate career experience and desire to grow long term
Proficiency in English REQUIRED (Spoken & Written)
Self starter with the ability to motivate others
