The role

This role plays a key part in supporting the recruiters and the wider recruitment process, helping to ensure candidates move through each stage efficiently, compliantly, and with a positive experience. In this fast-paced environment, you will be an key support to both the team and the business, contributing to the overall success of our recruitment function.

Key responsibilities
Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Blue-Collar Recruitment team.
Assist with arranging pre-employment medicals, police checks, PPE orders, and collating tickets and required documentation.
Ensure all compliance checks and onboarding requirements are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
Manage candidate communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring candidates have a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.





Your Experience & Skills
Previous experience working as a Recruitment Coordinator is desirable.
A proactive go getter; a person who is a self-motivator and initiator of their work.
Ability to maintain composure in a quick-paced energetic workplace.
Work strongly within a team setting, but also capable of working independently to progress workloads and priorities.
Solid time management and organisation skills.
