Chef Position — Join Our Kitchen Team at Caffe Cherry Beans

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef to join our growing kitchen team.

Minimum 2+ years kitchen experience
Robust communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work calmly under pressure
High standards for cleanliness and food quality
Solid understanding of kitchen operations and service flow
Respectful and supportive towards other staff members

Ability to multitask and maintain consistency during busy periods
Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards





Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking menu items consistently
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
Assisting with prep, stock rotation, and ordering
Working closely with front-of-house and kitchen staff
Contributing ideas for specials and menu improvements
Helping maintain a positive and efficient kitchen culture
Ensuring quality control during service
