Quantum Civil Pty Ltd is a leading civil construction contractor delivering high-quality infrastructure, commercial, education and public space projects across Victoria. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor to join our team and oversee concrete operations throughout Geelong and Melbourne.
About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising all aspects of concrete construction, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising construction of structural concrete slabs, footings, retaining walls and other reinforced concrete structures.
Managing concrete paving works, including commercial and civil pavements.
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal crews.
Programming daily activities and ensuring projects remain on schedule.
Monitoring quality, levels, reinforcement, formwork and concrete placement.
Ensuring compliance with project specifications, Australian Standards and safety requirements.
Liaising with clients, consultants and site management teams.
Maintaining site documentation,
inspections and quality records.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 5 years' experience supervising commercial or civil concrete projects.
Solid knowledge of reinforced concrete structures and concrete paving.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong understanding of OH&S; requirements and quality management.
Current White Card (essential).
Driver's Licence (essential).
Relevant trade qualification or construction qualification highly regarded.
