National Dental Care / DB Dental is seeking vibrant, organised and qualified Dental Call Centre Operators to join our Call Centre team in North Fremantle.

About the Roster:
Various shifts between operational hours of 6:00am to 5:00pm weekdays
Possibility of occasional State Public Holiday shifts (between 06:00am to 03:00pm)
About the Role:
Answering all inbound and outbound phone and email queries attending to them or redirecting them as appropriate
Liaise with practices, external specialists/allied health providers, and other stakeholders
Systems used - D4W, Salesforce
About You:
Previous contact centre experience preferred
Have clear and friendly telephone manner and voice
Be warm, caring, reliable, organised with the ability to work in a fast paced setting and take initiative within your role as well as provide support to colleagues
Able to solve problems and remain calm under pressure
Understand the importance of sensitive and confidential information keeping
Have exceptional attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills
Be proficient in using computers including Microsoft Office
Dental industry experience is preferred however training will be provided to the right candidate
