The Support Space is currently seeking compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurses to join our Disability Services team supporting participants in the Rockingham, Mandurah and surrounding areas. This role would be supporting people living with complex needs in their homes and out in the community.

The Support Space is more than a service provider, we are a disability hub offering consulting, tutoring, support work and nursing services.

We pride ourselves on matching the right Nurse to each participant, our matchmaking approach ensures participants have choice and control and you will be part of a team that truly cares.

Mandatory Requirements:
Diploma of Nursing
Current AHPRA registration
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Card (or willingness to obtain)
WA Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
Working rights in Australia




Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.

Desirable:
First Aid & CPR certification
Confidence with PEG feeding, ventilation and high-intensity support
Experience working with people with disability
