As an E-commerce & Retail Assistant, you'll play an significant role in the daily running of our business. Responsibilities include: Assisting customers in our bridal showroom Packing and dispatching online orders Managing customer enquiries and order processing Processing exchanges and returns Updating products and content on our Shopify website Maintaining stock and inventory Merchandising and maintaining the showroom Assisting with general administration and business operations Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks as required We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised, detail-oriented, confident using computers, and willing to learn. Retail or e-commerce experience is preferred but not essential—attitude and initiative are what matter most.
Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour
