We're expanding in the Illawarra region and are seeking energetic and passionate Full-time Crew Members to join our team at the North Turramurra Store

Position Overview:

As a Full-time Crew Member, you’ll be at the heart of our operation—creating delicious desserts, preparing coffee, and ensuring customers have an amazing experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where every day is an opportunity to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve donuts, desserts, and coffee to our high standards.
Provide friendly, efficient customer service and create a welcoming environment.
Handle cash and operate the point of sale (POS) system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a safe and hygienic setting.
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.




Support the team and contribute to achieving daily goals and targets.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in fast food or a similar food service role.
Preferred 1 year of barista experience and a passion for making great coffee.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
