We are seeking a compassionate and patient support worker to assist a female NDIS participants.

The participant is wheelchair-bound and requires support with daily living, personal care and general assistance. Due to the personal care needs and participant preference, a female support worker is required.

Roster / Shifts
Wednesday 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM - Active support
Wednesday 10:00 PM – Thursday 6:00 AM - Inactive sleepover
Thursday 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM - Active support
Permanent shift every week

Duties include
Personal care support
Assistance with mobility and wheelchair transfers
Support with daily living activities
Companionship and community access where required
Maintaining participant dignity, comfort and safety
Following care plans and reporting any concerns

Requirements
Female support worker required
Fluent English communication skills
Experience in disability support, aged care or nursing preferred
Nursing background highly regarded
Reliable,



caring and respectful attitude
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
Current First Aid and CPR preferred
Valid driver’s licence preferred
