About you:

The successful applicant will bring to the practice the following attributes and skills:
Excellent VERBAL AND WRITTEN skills.
Previous dental experience preferred but not essential.
Experience with Oasis / Exact software.
Excellent computer skills and experience in working in a busy front office role.
Demonstrate initiative, time-management and flexibility.
Valuable organisational skills with a positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work.
Friendly personality with a qualified manner.




Team player with an ability to build rapport with patients, dentists and other co-workers.
Impeccable personal presentation.

The Role will involve:
Greeting and welcoming patients, answering phone inquiries, appointment management
Checking invoices and statements, processing payments using EFTPOS & HICAPS;

reconciling banking and petty cash
General correspondence

This is a full time position with some flexibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
