About the Role
Premium is seeking a highly organised and proactive Field Service Coordinator to manage labour planning, workforce mobilisation, and client relationships across multiple sites in Western Australia.

As the key link between clients and our workforce, you will ensure labour requirements are consistently met across short-term, shutdown, and long-term projects. This role requires strong planning capability, explicit communication, and the ability to respond in a rapid-paced, operational environment.

Experience Role Pre-requisites:
Mechanical or Electrical Trade Qualification (advantageous)
Previous experience coordinating personnel, rosters, mobilisations, or workforce logistics




Working knowledge of mobile plant maintenance and mining operations
Experience within mining, civil, construction, or heavy industry sectors preferred
Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence
Ability to meet site access requirements, including passing a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Full and unrestricted Australian working rights

Work Details
Location: Belmont Office (with site travel as required)
Regions Covered: Goldfields, Pilbara, Perth Metro, Southwest
Hours: 38 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Additional: Some after-hours/weekend coordination may be required
