Job Responsibilities
Providing friendly and helpful customer service to patients, answering questions, and addressing their needs




Advise on over-the-counter medicines where appropriate
Complete general administrative duties such as data entry, record keeping, and filing
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked pharmacy environment
Assist with in-store promotions, including catalogues and health or product campaigns
Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every patient/customer

About You
Previous pharmacy experience is highly regarded
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Certificate II/III in Community Pharmacy (highly regarded)
Detail-focused with solid literacy and numeracy skills
Dispensary technician experience is advantageous
Driver's license (preferred)
