The Role
We are seeking professional and dedicated Wait Staff to join our hospitality team at Longueville. You will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience, ensuring our residents enjoy restaurant-quality service every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing attentive table service in a luxury dining setting
Setting and clearing tables with a high standard of presentation
Take and deliver food and beverage orders with precision
Maintain clean, well-presented service areas
Assist with room setup, resets, and pack-down
Assist with in room dining when required.
Supporting residents with their dining needs in a respectful and professional manner
Working collaboratively with kitchen and care staff
Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in hospitality, fine dining, or aged care dining service
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A professional, polished, and compassionate approach
Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and evenings
A genuine interest in enriching the lives of older Australians
A current National Police Check
Covid19 vaccinated (2 Doses) + Flu vaccinated
