Female Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Support Worker to provide one-on-one support for a participant in the community.

Position Details
Days: Monday to Thursday
Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm

Employment Type: Casual / Part time

Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent qualification.
Current experience in manual handling and use of hoists.
Valid Manual Handling and Hoist Training certificates.
Current driver's licence with a valuable driving record.
Willing and confident to drive a wheelchair-accessible van.
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (preferred).
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (if applicable).
Current Police Check.

About the Role

You will be supporting one participant with their daily activities, personal care, community access, and transportation. The successful applicant will be caring, patient, skilled, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support.

Key Responsibilities
Personal care and daily living assistance.




Safe transfers using manual handling techniques and hoist equipment.
Community access and transport to appointments and activities.
Supporting independence and participant goals.
Maintaining accurate documentation and communication.

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
