Love sport and enjoy inspiring the next generation? Sports X Co is looking for energetic and dependable coaches to deliver engaging after-school sports programs across the Gold Coast.
In this role, you'll lead fun, structured sessions for primary school children aged 5–12, helping them develop confidence, skills, and a love of being active. Our programs cater to all experience levels, so we're looking for coaches who can create a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels involved.
This is a casual position with afternoon shifts during the school week. Coaches who demonstrate reliability and strong performance will have prospects for additional work and progression into leadership roles within the company.
What you'll receive:
$33–$42 per 90-minute coaching session
Flexible weekday afternoon shifts
Ongoing coaching prospects throughout the school term
Training, support, and development from an experienced team
Explicit pathways into Team Leader and Supervisor positions
We're looking for people who:
Have experience coaching sport or working with children (preferred)
Communicate confidently and positively with primary school-aged children
Can run protected, organised, and enjoyable sports sessions
Are punctual, reliable, and professional
Have access to their own vehicle
Hold (or are willing to obtain) a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Are available on weekdays between 2:30pm and 4:30pm
