Primary Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to café standards.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
Provide friendly, skilled, and efficient customer service.
Recommend menu items and upsell beverages, food, and specials where appropriate.
Ensure every drink is presented consistently and meets quality standards.

Coffee & Beverage Preparation
Dial in espresso and maintain coffee quality throughout the day.
Steam milk to the correct texture and temperature.
Prepare hot and cold beverages according to recipes.
Monitor stock levels of milk, coffee beans, syrups, and other bar supplies.

Cleanliness & Hygiene
Keep the coffee station clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times.
Clean espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment according to daily schedules.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety procedures.

Teamwork




Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Assist teammates during busy periods.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a qualified workplace culture.

Greet every customer warmly.
Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
Create a welcoming environment that encourages customers to return.

Pay: $24.95 – $44.72 per hour
