Searson Buck is seeking an experienced Weighbridge/transfer Operator to join our team on a temporary basis. Working Monday to Friday, this role offers the chance to manage waste transfer operations in a busy, regulated environment. The position is offered at $39.93 per hour.

Preferred Requirements
Current valid driver's licence
Proven experience operating weighbridge systems in a waste management or transfer station workplace
Ability to accurately record and process vehicle and waste data
Solid attention to detail and compliance with safety protocols
Reliable and punctual attendance across a Monday to Friday working week

Preferred Qualifications
Formal training or certification in weighbridge operation
Experience in waste management, recycling, or environmental services
Familiarity with waste transfer station procedures and regulatory requirements
