Recruitment Coordinator (12-month contract), Westpac | Korn Ferry RPO

Join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team supporting one of Australia’s most recognised brands. This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll keep recruitment moving and deliver a great candidate experience.

Korn Ferry partners with Westpac as their Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider, supporting permanent and fixed term hiring across specialist and volume roles in Australia.

Hybrid: Sydney or Melbourne CBD (2 days in office – Wed/Thurs)

About the role
Coordinate interviews across multiple roles and stakeholders
Manage onboarding tasks (background checks, documentation)
Act as the key contact for candidate queries
Partner with hiring managers and TA to keep processes on track
Identify opportunities to improve and simplify processes

About you

You might come from admin, coordination, or customer service. Recruitment experience is a bonus, not essential. We’re looking for someone who:
Is highly organised with strong time management
Can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Communicates clearly with robust stakeholder skills
Picks up recent systems quickly
Has strong attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
