We're looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our busy, well-established hospitality venue. This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys creating quality breakfasts and brunches, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a quick-paced kitchen. Working independently, you'll take ownership of the breakfast service, ensuring every dish is prepared to a consistently high standard while maintaining an organised and effective kitchen. About the Role
Full-time position (38 hours)
Morning shifts from 7:00am – 2:00pm
Weekend availability is essential
Prepare and cook a classic café-style breakfast and brunch menu
Manage breakfast service independently
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness
Ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed
About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:
5+ years experience as a Breakfast Chef or Café Chef
Chef or Commercial Cooking Certificate
Confidence working independently during busy service periods
Food costing menu design with change of seasons
A passion for producing consistently high-quality food
Excellent organisation and time management skills
A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
A current Food Hygiene/Food Safety Certificate
