We're partnering with a well-established commercial property business that has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service across a quality portfolio. An opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their close-knit team.

This is a business that values long-term relationships, collaborative teamwork and providing its Property Managers with the support they need to focus on what they do best.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 100 commercial and retail tenancies, with established systems, experienced leadership and dedicated administrative support already in place.

This position offers a structured handover, allowing you to transition smoothly into the portfolio.

About You

You'll have previous Commercial Property Management experience and enjoy building robust relationships with owners, tenants and contractors.
We're looking for someone who brings:
A solid understanding of commercial property management and lease administration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive and organised approach to managing a portfolio
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Exceptional Senior Residential or Strata Property Managers looking to transition into commercial will also be considered.
