We're partnering with a leading organisation embarking on a major TechnologyOne Enterprise Asset Management (EAMS) implementation as part of a broader Digital Transformation Program.
This is an prospect to join a highly experienced and collaborative program team delivering significant enterprise transformation initiatives. You'll have the prospect to make a genuine impact from strategy through to implementation and business adoption.
About the Role
As the Organisational Change Manager, you will lead the people side of the transformation, ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working across the organisation.
Working closely with the Project Manager, Technical Lead and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for:
Lead organisational change for a major TechnologyOne EAMS implementation.
Drive stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communications and adoption.
Embed sustainable change across the organisation.
About you:
Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change on Enterprise Asset Management (EAMS) implementations (essential).
TechnologyOne experience highly regarded, with exposure to other ERP platforms including SAP, Oracle or similar considered.
Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communications and training across complex enterprise transformation programs.
Experience within complex organisations will be highly regarded, including local government environments.
