Oscar Wylee is seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our Sydney CBD Head Office team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching stock orders to our retail stores across Australia and Recent Zealand. You’ll also provide internal retail support, ensuring our stores have everything they need - from eyewear stock to marketing materials - to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack stock orders for retail stores and head office departments
Prepare and dispatch promotional, marketing, and visual merchandising materials
Process incoming deliveries and check goods against invoices
Maintain stock accuracy through regular counts and organization of storage areas
Liaise with retail, operations, marketing, and IT teams to fulfil urgent store requests
Ensure all orders are packed accurately, securely, and meet daily deadlines
Keep warehouse and stock areas clean and well-organized
About You
Has a valid full driver's license.
Preferably has a forklift license but not essential
Physically capable of lifting (up to 20kg) and moving stock (within protected limits)
Able to travel into the city and work the hours of 9.00am-5:30pm Monday - Friday
Previous pick packing or warehouse experience preferred (retail background an advantage)
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Reliable, punctual, and organized with positive time-management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
